Livable kitchen untill we can improve it in a couple years - Check
Centered between work, family, friends, church, thruway, the apartments, and shopping-Check

dog fense-Check
Library room for Jason-check
Amazing lawn for kids to play-Check
1st floor laundry-Check
new roof, furnace, and siding-Check
U driveway-Check
unmetered water-Check
3+ bedrooms-Check
raised ranch-check
good electric, plumbing, and foundation-Check
Out door spigots, and electric-Check
Plus a stream, wooded walking trails, and lots of space to grow..
Should be closing within the next 2 weeks SOOOO excited :D
